It's free to start
If we build, you pay once per successful workflow. No seats or platform fees.
What it costs
Ranges for the usual scenarios
It starts with a free plan. Builds are priced per workflow and agreed before anything starts. Starting points, not quotes. Your real number comes out of the free plan.

Why a range
What affects the final price
The AI is rarely the expensive part. What sets the price is everything around it.
Systems it connects to
The more tools it reaches, the inbox, the CRM, the accounting system, the more wiring to make it reliable.
Approval steps inside it
Every point where a person checks the work before it goes out adds a checkpoint to build.
Volume and compliance
How much it handles, how clean the data is, and any rules the work carries push toward the higher end.
FAQ
Common questions
Why ranges instead of a fixed price?
A workflow that touches one system is not the same job as one that touches five. The free plan scopes your actual work first, then the price is exact.
What is actually free?
The consultation and the written plan. We meet, I map where AI saves you time and money, and you keep the plan whether or not we build.
What if I don't like what we build?
You only pay for a workflow once it works and you are happy with it. If we build something and it does not do the job, you do not pay for it.
Is there really a discount right now?
Yes. As I launch I am taking on early clients at about half the usual rates, so a simple first tool lands closer to $1,250. Genuinely the cheapest this work will ever be.
What does maintenance cost?
Once your workflows are live, an optional monthly retainer keeps them monitored, supported, and improving, from about $4,000 a month depending on how many workflows and how much support you need. That is my fee; the infrastructure and usage it runs on is separate and usually runs a few hundred dollars a month.
Do I have to pay the maintenance retainer?
No. You pay per workflow to build and own what gets built. Maintenance is a separate, optional retainer for when you want it kept running and improving, not a fee you must pay to get anything done.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. Every build and the maintenance retainer come with a proper invoice for your records and accounting.
